Sleep, eat and exercise

It's all about the routines. To have the result and the transformation you crave you have to focus, plan and work real hard. Experiment and find your way to do it, as it suits you and you life. It's great with slow progress too, everything can't happen at the same time. My tip is to eat regularly, sleep at least eight hours per night and do the things you love, including a big cup of exercise! Laugh, love and do the best you can in every situation! It's okey with mistakes and bad days as long as you don't forget who you are and what you're capable of!
